Salted Caramel

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1–1.5 tsp brown sugar, or maple/date syrup
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, warm the butter and sugar until the mixture melts and is smooth.
  2. Pour the caramel over the hot popcorn.
  3. Toss well, sprinkle a pinch of salt on top, and toss again for an even coating.
