- 1 tsp butter
- 1–1.5 tsp brown sugar, or maple/date syrup
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, warm the butter and sugar until the mixture melts and is smooth.
- Pour the caramel over the hot popcorn.
- Toss well, sprinkle a pinch of salt on top, and toss again for an even coating.
